Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using trusted carriers to get your western gear to you faster than a mustang at full gallop.

Order Processing

We’ll process your order within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive tracking information quicker than you can say “yeehaw!”

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs clearance.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 15-day returns from the delivery date for most items—because even the best cowboys sometimes need a do-over.

What Can Be Returned

Most of our western apparel and accessories are returnable, including:

  • Boots (must be unworn with original packaging)
  • Bottoms (jeans, chaps, etc.)
  • Tops (shirts, blouses, etc.)
  • Dresses
  • Outerwear (jackets, vests, etc.)
  • Accessories (belts, hats, etc.)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Infants’ clothing (strict hygiene regulations)
  • Personalized/custom items
  • “Final Sale” marked products
  • Items without original tags or showing wear

Refund Process

  1. Inspection: We’ll check your items within 1-2 business days
  2. Approval: You’ll receive email confirmation
  3. Refund: Processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  4. Exchange: New items ship within 1-2 business days after approval

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our error. For exchanges, we’ll cover return shipping.

International Returns

For our global partners outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Include all customs documentation
  • Refunds will be in USD (exchange rates may vary)
