Our Promise to You

We understand that buying western wear online can be like roping a calf blindfolded—sometimes you need a second try. That’s why we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges on most items within 15 days of delivery.

What Can Be Returned

Most of our apparel and accessories can be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Boots (must be unworn with original packaging)
  • Bottoms (jeans, chaps, etc.)
  • Tops (shirts, blouses, etc.)
  • Dresses
  • Outerwear (jackets, vests, etc.)
  • Accessories (belts, hats, etc.)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Infants’ clothing (due to strict hygiene regulations)
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Any product without its original tags or showing signs of wear

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • Inspection: We’ll check your items faster than a rodeo timer (1-2 business days)
  • Approval: You’ll get an email confirmation when approved
  • Refund: Your money will be returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Exchange: New items ship within 1-2 business days after approval

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item back to you.

International Returns

For our global partners outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Include all customs documentation
  • Refunds will be in USD and may vary based on exchange rates
